Conveniently located in Saint Michaels, Maryland I am here to support you on your journey to optimal health. Through integrative body and energy work that includes therapeutic massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and optional cupping and taping, each session is tailored to fit your specific needs. Many of my clients have reported improvement in muscle movement and decreased pain, TMJ and migraine relief, sleep, stress relief, and other pain syndromes.  We all deserve to feel good and comfortable in our bodies, and I am here to help support that process.
